The least expensive option on this list and a favorite among locals, the 21 Steps Kitchen + Bar is a fantastic place to enjoy Canadian comfort food and lounge in a gorgeous cocktail bar. Although the food is less expensive, it’s absolutely delicious, and locals say they find themselves trying new things on the menu every time to see which they like best.
